The Board of Directors of BloomAgainNJ is an 100% volunteer group of women from a wide variety of backgrounds who generously give their time, talent, and treasure to help economically vulnerable working women when medical challenges arise.

Christine Rieger
Christine Rieger is chairwoman and president of BloomAgain Foundation NJ. She founded the organization in 2015 based on the original chapter created in California by her cousin, Dr. Lois Frankel. She began her career in education at Holmdel Township Schools after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary and special education from the University of Delaware. She went on to earn a Master’s degree in counseling. Christine served two terms on the Shrewsbury Borough Board of Education, serving as vice-president and curriculum chair. Christine currently resides in Red Bank, NJ. She enjoys her role as chairperson, playing tennis and traveling with her daughters, Alexandra and Jacqueline.

Meg Ricard
Meg Ricard is Vice President of BloomAgain Foundation NJ. She has a degree in Sociology with a minor in Computer Science from NYU where she graduated with honors. She previously worked as a graphic designer and a desktop publisher for various magazines and as a book production manager for Random House NYC and Penguin UK. After having children, she owned a professional organizing business in Chicago. She has been BloomAgain's board since 2018 and currently resides in Little Silver, NJ with her husband, Matt, and two children, Ella and Sean. She is a stay-at-home mom who volunteers her time to community non-profits. In addition to BloomAgain, she sits on the board of Rockit Live Foundation and is an active member of Impact 100 Jersey Coast.

Ursula Henry
Ursula Henry is the Treasurer of BloomAgain Foundation NJ. She graduated from Loyola University in Maryland and moved back to New York to begin a finance career until the adventure of motherhood came calling. While raising her children at home, Ursula has had the opportunity to become involved in her community by holding various positions in organizations and towns she has lived, in addition to becoming a partner to local businesses of Philly Pretzel Factory and Rita’s Ices in Eatontown. She has been a resident of Shrewsbury Borough since 2014 and resides with her husband, Joe, and children, Joseph and Samantha, and enjoys the strong sense of community that her neighborhood holds.

Nathalie Turner
Nathalie Turner is the Secretary of BloomAgain Foundation NJ. She attended school at the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC. She spent ten years working in New York’s fast paced fashion industry with various roles in marketing, PR, fashion show production and sales before making the move to technology. Currently, Nathalie is a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at VMware, a global technology company based in Palo Alto, California. Nathalie is a resident of Shrewsbury where she lives with her husband, Steve. Their children, Dominique, is a Media Relations Assistant with URI Athletic program, and son Donovan, is a student athlete at Hartwick College in New York. An avid reader, Nathalie also loves the beach and recently took up hiking as a new pastime.

Kathleen Cleary
Kathleen Cleary has a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education/Sports Management and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Rutgers University.
A former middle school teacher, Kathleen has volunteered in her community as a coach, athletic association member, and a booster club president. She currently works as a high school librarian. Kathleen and her husband, Ken, have three children, Tommy, Lauren and Anna. |
Paige Gesicki
Paige Gesicki has more than 10 years of experience working professionally in the mental health field. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in American Studies & Gender Studies and earned her Masters of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. After several years building her career in community mental health in Chicago, she moved back to her home state of NJ to open a private practice with her husband, called Warmth Counseling; they provide psychotherapy to adults across NJ & IL who are struggling with anxiety and depression. Paige is honored to further BloomAgain's mission and excited to play a helpful role in her new community of Red Bank, NJ and the surrounding areas.

Taryn Pangia
Taryn was introduced to BloomAgain through her friend Elizabeth Milnes, whom she met at The College of New Jersey where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2012. For over eight years, Taryn worked as both a pediatric and labor & delivery nurse in New York City. She remains passionate about women’s health, especially maternal health, while she focuses on raising her two energetic toddler boys. As a new resident of Fair Haven, Taryn is thrilled to be able to give back to her community for such an important cause.

Liz Milnes
Liz Milnes was born and raised in Shrewsbury, NJ. Milnes has an Art History degree from The College of New Jersey and is a registrar at the art gallery, Hauser & Wirth in New York. After years of living in West New York, she moved to Asbury Park with her husband, Bill and rescue dog, Pearl. She is following in her sister Sally's footsteps by joining the BloomAgain team. Liz and Bill just welcomed their new baby boy into world and are enjoying parenthood and all the joys their little fella brings!

Sally Milnes
Sally Milnes was born and raised in Shrewsbury, NJ. She graduated from The College of New Jersey and is currently an Account Manager for Blackhawk Network. She became familiar with BloomAgain through Christine and Adrienne after babysitting their kids for years. After attending her first BA event, she was blown away by how professional and passionate everyone was about the cause. She was excited to join the board and feels it's a pleasure to work with such inspiring women and help those who need it most. Sally loves to travel, attend concerts, hang at the beach, and cook!
